How it works:

We recommend everyone starts with a Performance consultation as this will highlight what you need. We want to choose an option that works best for you. In many cases flexibility in our intervention is key to getting you success.

Performance Consult Session:

Many seasoned athletes are quite in tune with their training and training plan. In many cases we can benefit advanced athletes with troubleshooting for the marginal gains and helping them tease out the small improvements. We can apply physiological testing and methodology to target specific goals and performance needs. This may require not require full programming so we offer individual to get you on track to your best performances. We often work with technical coaches to offer recommendations, so this option works well if you already have a coach and need specialist input.

Single session 60mins price varies starting at €80

Full Programming:

Full programming starts with a consultation where we assess your strengths and weakness and aligned them with season goals. We then put together a complete program tailored to your needs. These programs are built in blocks of 4 weeks and can take you through a long term development plan over years or a short build towards your big race of the season. You will have regular check ins with coach every week to ensure program provides flexibility needed to ensure best response.

Performance Consultation €80 plus Full program €160 lasting up to 8 weeks, additional blocks €60 per 4 week block.

Generic Programming:

For many beginners or remote athletes we offer off the shelf programs to keep give structure to your training. These programs are tried and tested by the hundreds of athletes we have developed them with. These 4 week programs will get you on track to whatever your goal is. These programs come with limited support and are best done by athletes who are competent in the exercises recommended or have access to fitness instruction.
